Often times people are looking to buy older serigraphs of mine. I do not personally sell them but I work with a Gallery in Beverly Hills that has them available.
This is an older serigraph with a remarque. First of all for those that are unfamiliar with serigraphs, they are a very labour-intensive hands-on artistic procedure that requires many weeks or monts to be completed. A serigraph is a rendition of an original artwork created by the silk-screen printing process. A professional serigrapher works closely with the artist to get the colors correct.
A remarque in the art world is the name given to a limited-edition print that features a hand drawn original pencil sketch by the artist. They are considered more special, since it's a small original painted by the artist on the print.
The inspiration for Moonlight Over Manhattan is my absolute love of that city. It's so vibrant, colorful and exciting. I always mix up the cities I paint and this is an example where I paint some iconic buildings and mix them all up.
Art One Gallery has numerous prints of mine available for sale. Please contact them if you are interested.
